The hotel rooms are very small and untidy. Linen quality was very bad. It is not recommended for family stay.
Rooms are good but service is very bad. If you will order lunch you will have it on dinner time. Very poor service. I had orderd tea two times. It was tasteless and cold. Rate of tea is high than quality.

Located at a very good area, away from city crowd.The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. Right from checkin to checkout. HARI OM is so humble and kind. Room Service is awesome. Also RITIK is very jolly nice guy.They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. If you want nit and clean room with best service then please try this hotel. All staff are polite, supporting. Especially mr. Nikki I met personally he is very helpful. Advice for tourists: Avoid rooms nearby Taj and don't book online until you see room actual condition.
