Hot Water is available through central geyser.. It is decent for the rates they offer for.. I stayed for a single occupancy and I was charged 500 per night..
The plus point is that it is right next to Bus stand..

After reading glowing reviews I decided to check in. It was quite late in the night, about 2 am and this is why I think the night staff decided to take advantage of my situation. They behaved quite uncouth and asked for full advance payment which is unusual. I walked out.
Completely satisfied with safety precautions and yes services too. This is my first trip after COVID CORONA. I am really very happy to see that hotel Pankaj is very much clean and yes location is very very convenient. Good work
Perfect hotel for solo woman traveller as location is very very convenient as this hotel is on main road just infront of bus stand of satna and staff and service is very good and friendly. I am happy with stay.
My experience was very bad in this hotel. The 1st issue is that they didn't changed bedsheet, 2nd is that there was too much mosquitoes in room, 3rd one is staff was not cooperative. Receptionist was too rude. Night attendent was drunken and was abusing in a noisy manner to someone on call. Another attendent was playing song in full volume without earphone. I couldnt sleep whole night. Overall my exp was disgusting and i suggest everyone not to stay in this hotel.

Hotel s excellent, environmental s much cool & fantastic. Awesome. Room service is very good, cleanliness. Staff r cool, polite, friendly nature. Best deal I got from them. Cab facilities r provided by them. As as solo traveler really got best deal.
Usually I prefer cleanliness the most in the today's gym as it makes me feel freshens working out .This gym has the equipments and cleanliness along with decent professional people sitting in front giving right directions.
