Easily accessible with sufficient parking space. Rooms are very neat and clean with all basic amenities. Bed is good enough as well. Room service is available. Service is great. The only con is that the washroom tiles are too smooth and slippery for my pregnant wife. It can be a little dangerous for elderly people and pregnant women. Otherwise we liked everything else. Service and cleanliness.

Good place for a pit stop on the coastal highway NH 66. The food is good. Evening snacks are also quite nicely done. The parking is very convenient and access from both sides of the road is possible as there's a single lane in this section.

Perfect spot for your morning breakfast. Staff are very experienced, humble and polite. You can easily guess this establishment has been serving good food since ages. The crowd is mostly families and all in all value for money.

in perspective of a traveller - not a good location for staying in kumta. better to choose something scenic in honnavara. 1km from bus stand but there are no auto rikshaws easily available. double bed room had two beds separately. Power cut when we were there. Service takes long time to respond and still does not follow their own words and promises.

We have visited this place several times for lunch, breakfast & snacks. Never disappointed. Good food at a very reasonable price. Pocket friendly. Less than Rs. 100 per person

A very bad experience in terms of rooms, services and ambience. This is located on NH 66 and rooms are not sound proof rooms, you can't sleep due to heavy noise of vehicular traffic and bed sheets are not clean , they reuse bedsheets and don't give the fresh ones. They don't even offer a water bottle and breakfast . Pay for everything. Instead go to some other nearby hotels which are offering better rates and better facilities. Room service , cleaning, hospitality everything is very bad. Don't waste your money by staying in this pathetic hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would give 0 rating to this hotel. Staff is least bothered when asked for any assistance, rooms are old, lot of mosquitoes. Restaurant food is average with full of flies around. Morning, at the time of check-out around 9:30, there's nobody available to take the luggage from the room. When I asked Reception, it seems the boy comes by 10am & there's nobody else. Really pathetic! The management seriously needs to improvise on the quality & staff training!

Opens early so convenient place to have breakfast if you are travelling from Gokarna towards Bangalore.
