Overall Good Not a deluxe hotel or having very good rooms. Food also good for bengali compare to in package hotel's food. Location is also very near taxi stand. Clean & well maintained Please do things clear for food and room charges before you enter to avoid further huge bills

The hotel is awesome. Located in premium site, the staffs are very good, they are well behaved and the view, oh its kanchanjangha outside of window, great view from room no. 401 and 402. We feel like king, thanks to the hotel manager to give these two rooms to us.

We wished we never booked this hotel I am really surprised by the high rating of this hotel. We booked for a room with a attached and had a really bad experience. My husband and I were aware it's a 2 star hotel and we can stay at any hotel as long as its clean and have bare minimum amenities. First of all we had a huge mosquito problem during our 4 night stay. We got bitten on our faces, arms, back, and legs. Every morning we woke up to the buzzing of mosquitos. To help with the problem they gave us these mosquito repellants to plug into the sockets but we still woke up with bites on our hands and faces. We got one for each socket and there were still mosquitos. The bedroom walls and bathroom shower curtains were covered with dead mosquito blood. We woke up and there were dead mosquitos on our pillows and bed sheets...I guess we killed them with our hands and feet during the night. The crazy thing was they didn't even change our sheets when it was so obvious there were dead mosquitos and blood. Second the bathroom was dirty. It had a bad sewer smell and the walls and shower curtain had a lot of mold on it we were afraid to touch it. I wonder if we just got unlucky with a disgusting room. I can't believe this is the same hotel people have given high ratings to. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the service. The front desk was very friendly and the location is good. If you still book this hotel after reading this I hope you don't get our room. We loved Florence but this hotel ruined it for us. We couldn't come back and relax after a long day because it just felt so filthy. It's a long story but we were willing to lose our money on this place but all the hotels were booked and we didn't want to spend our whole stay looking for another hotel. We've been all over Italy and Europe and we realize this is a 2 star hotel but it was really disgusting.

The hotel is not bad at all but the behavior of the care taker is not good. He is very careless. other wise the rooms are good with attach bathroom facilities and hot water. There is no parking space for vehicles. They have fooding service also .

Rooms r good but WiFi is not available in the 2th floor. And slow net. But the help a lot for traveling in that area. In side that place the said no smoking. But thay it's self smoke inside place. Some times we don't water in bathroom.

Pathetic place!!! Don't go here..... When we entered there was no one at the reception at 10am in the morning for atleast 30 min. the entire place is managed by 2 guys only. they are cook they are the security and they at the reception. bulbs were not working. No soap, shampoo yak!!!

Hotel is veryyyyyyyy bad the staff is not at all good when you will enter the hotel you will feel like haunted house we have included breakfast but they said that chef's father have died we can not give breakfast don't go to this hotel

Excellent hotel with a very good room service. The staff is very good and professional, there rooms were very neat and well maintained.
