Hotel is not at all appropriate for family stay. It was unpleasant & disappointing. 1. Bedsheets, pillows cover and towel is so old & dirty that it looks yellow/brownish instead of white. 2. Floor is very dirty. Dust layers in the floors, tablesI & in every corner of the room. It should have been cleaned before the hoteliers allotted us this room. 3. Two unused cooler which are in damaged conditions kept inside room having mosquitoes inside. 4. Taps & flush inside washroom is not working properly.
This is my worst experience... Hotel staff behaviour was very rude . I check in late at night and I already informed them about my late arrival . But found staffs were sleeping @12:00am. And they hardly care about bookings . First he started arguing by saying that it's his sleeping time and I disturbed his sleep. Secondly he didn't even come up to show room . I had a problem with electric supply due to loose key holder ,so I approach to staff .staff said don't disturb him..just sleep like... Wasted my money and efforts...
Only Hotel location is good and staff behavior. Otherwise not better things in this hotel. No Lift , Small room, no chair and dressing table in room. Even hot water available on call. TV cable too disturb so i feel boring. I am not happy saty here.
location,amenities are good but the behavior and attitude of manager (tiwari) is horrible..he had been shouting from first to last word assuming us very lower people & as if we are staying there for free..due to some rescheduling of trip we reached hotel early around 7.15 am..(instead 12 noon) requested to hotel mgmt.. for early checkin for which they allow after 10 am..so we thought to spent time at hotel for 2-3 hrs..but as we enter in hotel..tiwari started shouting badly on us regarding early checkin..& lying that there is no vacant room in hotel now..then told that room is there without ac etc..then said room is there but you have to check out at 7am..all conversation was in very rough & harsh tone..anyway we got very beautiful & spacious ac room immediately..then we left for attending marriage and returned at night after 12 oclock..but unfortunately i lost my room keys at marriage place..and tiwari who was sleeping at that time again started shouting on me assuming me as a criminal..and told me lie that the duplicate key is kept at owners home 10-12 km away from hotel..and posing himself helpless to do anything..after many requests, he arranged sitting in a room and told that he is going to owners home to collect duplicate keys ..but he slept...after some time i went to know about my room's key and shocked to see him sleeping with snoring..i wake him up to arrange keys then he again shouted on me for teasing him frequently for keys..i came back to room but didnot get keys.after 10-15 mins...again went to him and found him sleeping..then i wake up another person for keys sleeping there ..he asked sleeping tiwari for keys (with a smile on his face)..tiwari again make a drama to search for bike's key..but within 4-5 mins later, he managed to open my room and called us blaming,tauning and cursing for disturbing his sleep.. horrible inhuman, irresponsible person, i ever met in my life specially at any hotel.. sorry tiwariji but u did very wrong with me...
This is an average hotel for family. The single room occupancy rooms might be better. It's an old hotel and poorly renovated. Ideal for one day stay and last minute bookings.
Location is nice..... Service is good..... No lift... No kitchen, but walking distance for other many restaurants nearby. Good for business persons for a day or two stay.
Before booking I was contacted hotel for early check-in and also informed to hotel about early check-out. He agreed for early check-in. I checked in hotel at 06:10 am and checked out on next day at 05:00 am. Overall stay is very good.
It is a good place to stay. I stayed here for a night. Very nice staff and service. Located in MP Nagar and the location of hotel is very near to Habibganj railway station so it is very convenient. So, overall, it was a good experience.
