I stayed here for two days . Room was spacious with two beds. Staff was good . The food is brought to your room once you place order in their hotel that's just below the lodge on the ground. The food was kind of okay. Dinner was not that good. Try exploring other food options around. Overall it's was good stay just the room needs to be cleaned bit more properly as there were some insects inside bathroom and around the beds . As compared to the price cleanliness needs to be improved. Otherwise very good option to stay as it's kind of center point from where you can get any commute options to visit any places of kolhapur.

Staff is very very Rude...staff is rude as well they miss behave with customers... unsafe for family.... parking is not at all available.No car,bike parking available. Price is very high as compared to hotels rooms. Worst thing is that it is on main road and they say you have to park 1 KM AWAY from this hotel to one of the other hotel. If you want parking in this hotel ...its pay and park...20 Rs / Hr.....Hotel Staff is not cooperative. I asked room changing due to frequent smell is coming to my room from their restaurant kitchen which is just below the lodge. Staff is very rude.... Parking and services are the major issue....

I stayed there for one night. My stay was comfortable. Room was small but spacious enough for one. Price is reasonable. Need more cleanness. Lift is not available there. Behaviour was okay. No proper service was Available over there. Near by bus stand

Location: The hotel is nearby to Bus stand. That's one of the biggest advantage & disadvantage for the hotel. Being nearby is an advantage definitely, but the noise is a disadvantage. Room: Room was clean & tidy. Bed was comfortable. Staff: Staff knows local languages like Hindi, Marathi etc. Services are OK. Overall: Its a good hotel because of the location & budget. Try to avoid road facing road facing rooms.

Hotel is Good for staying specialy for working person and for bachelors also. Location is good near by Bus stand, Staff is co-operating, break fast is good. Two things I found very bad, First thing room's floor is very dirty and tab water is so dirty. They need to improve these things. Same thing I told to receptionist also.

Don't ever think of this hotel of u wanna early check in inspite of room being vacant they wont allow for early check in. For them walk in customer is god and v ** booking are no one. i reachd at 6 in the morng had meeting at 10 AM first they told no room will give once check out done after 7 AM 1 room got check out i requested them had to reach at 10 in meeting but they told for us walk in customer is first allowed to check in even after they came after me as if v have not paid have not seen any thing like this worst service they will take more then 20 min to deliver tea no towel and soap in room we have to call them then they will send. only advantage is just opp bus stand and rooms are good but wash room window glass are broken and one can see from outside. worst experience reception staff too rude while talking. After lot of arguments and request they allowed check in at 10 AM was late in meeting by an hour worst staff.

Worst Experience at Panchganga. I have been traveling across India for nearly 2 years now & this one is by far the worst hotel in entire India. Staff here behave as if they are doing a favor to us by giving rooms. Made sense to stay here due to location but turn out to be the worst hotel I stayed in my entire travel life. It all started with my check-in where the reception staff/manager coming across as Gabbar, who kept asking "Kitne Admi Loga Rahenge"! 10 min late check-out n you have to pay for ful day. Seriously? I mean, being a frequent flyer n knowing some etiquettes of travel, I know how to behave n not argue when we have few extra members sharing a room n pay for that extra or pay for late check-out if required which I do everywhere. Anyways, nightmare didn't stop there. Unlike other properties, here, I had to keep informing them that ACs are not working, TVs are not working, etc. Since I had booked 6 rooms there, I had good number of guests staying there. Morning after visiting Mahalakshmi temple, n since there is no parking of the hotel, it took us 5 min late to reach hotel. Hotel guys outrightly rejected free breakfast telling you are late by 5 min. I mean, C'mon. I said that's ok, we have to checkout n I am ready to pay for all my guest's breakfast, for that they kept arguing whether to even give me paid breakfast or not. Which was delaying my checkout for which they already had informed me that full day charge is applicable. Fortunately, I checked out 15 min late n they didn't charge me because breakfast complaint was already escalated. Where in the world people do that? After paying for all, what I came across is leftover chutney being served to my guests. Hotel says it's restaurant fault. How conveniently...My suggestion is, this may be one of its kind experience but times like these tell us about quality of service. A family walking in late evening, checking out early morning won't face such issues but these guys are expected to be a better server for everyone occupying their hotel. Nevertheless, avoid this hotel n support me in my quest to improve customer service which we deserve when we put in our hard earn money. I hope no one goes through such a painful experience ever. Please avoid staying at Panchganga, you want a spiritual trip to Kolhapur which bring in good blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi n these experience definitely one doesn't want to come across.

Worst Staff. In OYO the price will be around 800, but after booking and reaching out to the hotel, the hotel people will not give u the chekin. They will say that price is not compatible. They don't even treat you like a customer. So, better don't prefer this hotel.
