Hotel Panchavati Grand offered poor service from uninterested staff. The rooms were dirty, noisy, and uncomfortable. The food quality was abysmal, and the Wi-Fi hardly worked. It's best to steer clear of this hotel. The worst part of my stay, however, was the food. The hotel's restaurant served what can only be described as inedible slop. The food was cold, tasteless, and made me feel sick. I couldn't believe that they were charging such exorbitant prices for this low-quality fare.
The hotel is near the railway station. Rooms has lot of cockroaches. Room was not allocated after an hour of reaching hotel (actual check-in time is 12 , we reached at 2 and room is allocated at 3). Only good thing is the staff are responsive and helpful, it is near to secunderabad railway station.
Located very close to Sec metro and railway station. The room given to us was good, clean, and spacious. The restroom is clean and you get 24hrs hot water. The staff were polite especially Prem. Thank you Mahesh and Prem for making our stay pleasant and wonderful!

My experience is quite nice. This is a new property. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is the best part of this hotel. It is 5-7 mins walking distance from Secundrabad railway station, west Seccundrabad metro station and bus stop. There are plenty of shops nearby. The hotel has an attached veg restaurant. If you prefer non veg you will not be disappointed with the restaurant options outside the hotel. No issues with checkin and checkout. Lift and Wifi facility available.
Had problem in locating the hotel. Reception was bad, won't lift any calls. Bad hospitality. But the only positive is rooms are good enough.
Nice stay for family. I regularly visit this hotel because of good stay for family. Staff is friendly and available all the time. Value for money.
