Hotel Pancharathna International - Restaurant in Mudbidri - Dakshina Kannada, India

Been with family since I was in Moodbidri. This has been my worst experience so far. The staff behaviour is not customer friendly. In the AC family room the captain/order takers behaviour is not acceptable. Staff has arrogance.

Located in the main city, Moodbidri, Mangalore. The hotel is at a prime location, staff is really good, and so is the food. They have a bar as well. Ample amount of parking. Over all, good place. Amazing food, and staff, rooms are okayish. But not too bad compared to the others in the area.

Good hotel centre of the city. Close to bus stand, in house alcoholic and non alcoholic bar available. You can expect good non veg food. For vegetarians there are very few options. However there are many other veg restaurants available nearby. .

We visited on a sunday around 1:30 pm. Of course, we expected there will be a lot of people so we were expecting not a great service, but they just offered us to sit in an alcoholic room even when I mention that we are not here for any alcohol and just for lunch. wait they made us sit is a non-AC and there are people who are taking alcohol there. After 10 min other guy came to take order and we are about to leave , then they moved us to AC family room . Even though their menu is very limited, all you can see is some 10 to 15 curries and a couple of different biryani's and that's it and some deserts. When we requested for a Hyderabad chicken biryani , they said that it will take more time like around more than 30 minutes and all they can offer is like normal chicken biryani and normal tikka masala. Yes, the food is good fresh and tasty. The serving is also good. I even see some of the people who are working in the kitchen also came out and doing the serving work as well, which tells us that they are not organized properly. But other than that everything is fine, the room is very clean and well-maintained.

Hoping of good service , planning to get our guest there is a worst ever decision we could make . Ok one the other hand , even after we request for finger bowl it wasn't given .. really worst service with very high charges.. Even unsatisfactory food ...

Very poor infrastructure. Attended an engagement ceremony and the food quality is very poor. Moreover the dining hall is Non AC and one can't eat a few bites in summer heat. There is no parking space available for the vehicle and we had to park our vehicle on the roadside.

When we plan e an order waiter talks about the charges for food ..Better charge customer while ordering food just like how the fast food against do it in food court. Once the initial order Is placed the supervisor or the water didn't 1turn back us. I felt it's under staff. Ambiance is good . Staff are pathetic. If anyone need Luxurious insult visit this place
