Our experience and stay at Hotel Panash was above average but not the very best we had expected. There were some mistakes which let our mood down. The room and location is good and staff is cooperative too but they don't believe in satisfying their customers.
In terms of location, it was fine. Rooms were good to stay. Staff was fine. No complaint about the services. Only the washrooms were not so clean.

Lowest quality of Customer service. Theit credit card and debit card machine don't work inspite of giving 4 different cards. Rakesh seems to be running a scam where in he takes cash and keeps a part of it. No sense of respect or service on Mr Rakesh's part.
Manager was very helpful, got a room booked on my way, they allowed my pet dog who was operated a week before, gave us a room with closed balcony very thoughtful, food offered was very good..
