Visited the hotel for lunch.Though late, we were served what we ordered.Dishes were bit spicy but good.very neat and clean .Good ambiance.located in the heart of city.easily accessible
Executive bar service is good. Rooms are actually small but well equipped with new furniture and modern facilities. Rooms are good.
In the bar, the waiters have their own agenda to cheat, create fight and kick-out the customers. Hope the hotel management identify and teach them proper manners.
Very good and clean room and bathroom. No balcony. Windows only. There was no AC even when we walked into the lobby to get the room. We came in by 8pm. The receptionist confirmed that it will be very well in the room. Frankly he was being very polite and friendly. Unfortunately he was helpless. AC was not good enough in the room although it was on 18deg (max)and HC. It was still warm. Receptionist mentioned that this is the best and it's hot outside that's why. I live in the UAE it is definitely not that hot here in Punnalur. The AC was not working in the bar as well. The waiter in the lobby level bar is clueless on what they serve. Have to mention and return twice. Not enough service staffs for room as well. Receptionist was helping out on everything. Good maintenance and qualified staff is all needed to improve. Breakfast service starts at 8:30am which doesn't serve the purpose. Ideally, would suggest at least by 7am. The hotel is located right in the middle of the busy town. We will not be coming there again

One of the best star hotel for a stay in punalur town. Located to the heart of city, parking available, restaurant is good, BAR also there. Rooms are spacious enough for two persons. Toilets are clean and tidy. Recommended for Families, colleagues and solo travellers.
