We took a bedroom with three plus one extra bed. The room was very spacious. A great room if you are traveling with kids or want a lot of you to hangout in a single room. One attached bathroom and one attached toilet also available. The line were all clean and white. The room was ready even before we checked in. Proper with four towels, blankets, pillows, water bottles, four soups, four shampoo sachets etc. The breakfast was good, everything was served hot.
Dining experience in Veg Restaurant - Have been to this place since childhood and had mixed experience on quality and hygiene. This time I visited the place after nearly a decade but felt happy that they've improved a lot on cleanliness, hygiene and ambience. We had vegetarian lunch, food was surprisingly awesome with good meal platter options. Restroom was decent. Thoroughly satisfying experience.
More than 5 years we know this hotel and when we Going to our native Mayiladuthurai our frst choice is PALMS HOTEL.... very gud hospitality and very clean and hygiene hotel food staffs and Rooms are very gud
We went for a vacation recently. The reception people were approachable, rooms were clean n tidy. The hotel has seperate non veg and veg restaurant. However the buffet was pathetic... Food was tasteless and only two options were there. Please try to improve veg restaurant... Even the lunch was bad..
We stayed at Hotel Pams from September 30th till October 2nd, 2023. The room, food, and especially their cab service were very good. Special mention about their cab driver, Mr.Ilayaraja. He was very knowledgeable and humble, and helped us visit us lot of temples.

Had bad experience with the driver of Hotel's cab. The cab was engaged for 4 hours for which the driver insisted on half day package fare whereas the front desk we have to pay only for the usage. They also made it an issue regarding complementary breakfast. Hotel is ok but customer service is not - at least that was my experience. Kodeeswaran and driver Ilayaraja were disappointing.

After a long time, had an authentic 'Namma ooru' meals with good ambience and very simple yet tasty dishes. The hotel may look small, but homely food is guaranteed.
We stayed here during August 2023 for our temple visits. Prime location - Walkable distance from bus stand. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. Lift can be installed for elderly people.
