We recommend this hotel. For the purpose of attending an interview, we preferred this hotel, which was near the destination.Breakfast was included along with the rent, which was affordable and good. The hospitality and service were very good. Nearby locations within 2 km are Marine Drive, Boat Jetty( water metro available), and both North (town) and South (junction) Railway Stations.

The hotel is clean and wel maintained The staff is helpful and accommodating The location is near all the landmarks and few minutes walk to the boat jetty and 5 minutes by Auto to railway station. The Manager mr Jamsheer was so kind and accommodating to upgrade me to a higher floor as i prefer a higher floor. The hospitality and friendliness of the Manager is remarkable. It would be great of more managers would be as hospitable as Jamsheer. I highly rueccomoned this hotel in kochi.

reason I choose this hotel is near by good food spots and everything , marine drive walk way and boat jetty. Good Rooms and service , staffs and especialy security, s behavier very well 100% quaranteed value for money

I had my lunch from here. They serve Kerala meals (fish curry meals/ veg meals) on banana leaves. Kerala chips, sarakkara varatti, payasam, achar, kichadi, aviyal, koottucurry, inji curry included in meals with fish curry. Sambar, curd, puliserry and fish gravy are there. Aleppey style fish curry was good. They don't deep fry fishes i believe. The charges are pretty ok for a standard restaurant. The atmosphere is so calm and the service is good too.

If group tour planner gives you accommodation here please don't accept .it is not suitable for more than 25 people. No Campfire . Not having a good service . Everything is worst. They are not giving the remotes for A/C. In some rooms A/C is not working

The Reason Why i gave 3 stars for Rooms is because i have visited this hotel 2 times in different room Budgets i have explained more about this topic in rooms section so just kind read my experience if anyone want it. Parking Facilities is too bad. Restaurant in the Hotel is Overpriced. Finally if you want to book the rooms here just book the rooms with full features [2500-2800/ Room] that will be the best don't go for the cheaper option [1300/room] then you will regret it so much.

We had a great stay wit our fmly...Rooms were decent and service was excellent....specially office manager Mr jamsheer and his team made us more comfortable...thank you for everything sir.

Good rooms are perfect a nuclear family, in case of service is bad but location is amazing , you have a lot of places in walkable distance
