Zero rating from my side. Horrible Staff. Most arrogant ones. They show so much disrespect to the customers. Unhygienic rooms , toilets, bedcovers etc. I think they should firstly replace the Staff. Then should work on the hygiene. As the people are more unbearable in this hotel

The hotel room was clean and well settled. All things were in working conditions. Hotel is suitable for families and couples also. The main attractive thing for me was the food. they gave very healthy food and taste like home food. Service was also very nice and gentle. I'm giving 4/5 star ratings.. Thanks, Goibibo team

Very cheap hotel, staff behaviour is very bad, they misbehaving rooms and bathrooms are very dirty. Ac not colling, room frize not working badsheet, pelow are very dirty, room service very bad if u want to spoil your leave etc then come highly not recommended

Bad experience. TV is not working when I asked to start the person is telling due to weather issue it's not working and in another room TV is working. after few minutes housekeeping person came to fix the issue but didn't work. for this issue I called him 4-5 time. I selected non AC my bad luck. it's too hot no windows open. and Final thing. I ordered food OMG it's worst. I ordered egg curry it's fine in dinner I ordered biryani it's 3rd class. I understand in covid u all are facing losses but If the person is coming ur hotel it means he trust on ur services. it's waste of money..

Big, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Rooms could have been little more cleaner. Good amenities were provided. Hotel staff is courteous. They have a restaurant in ground floor. Food is good, but limited options available. There some other good restaurants near the hotel. Railway station and bus stand are nearby.

Situated in Alkapuri, provides nice comfortable stay. Restaurant menu is price friendly, food was good overall. Owner/Manager is very helpful person.

Good place.. Near to reach from railway station and bus station.. Located at very lovely place.. Rude staff.. Food taste is good, but not from menu is available. Bathroom is clean and spacious. But hot water was not available during my winter stay. Bed is comfortable and AC works nice.. Intercom and the land line phones were not working.

Best hotel experience in India. Very nice staff, very nice service and perfect room. Stayed 2 weeks there and it was a wonderful experience.
