Great ambience and delicious food. The rooms are really comfy with all amenities. The service was good throughout the stay. The Manager and staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

Good place to stay, rooms were superb, with affordable price. Bar and restaurant were also there, with reasonable price.

Very poor service. We are 2 cyclists and they did not try to solve our problems. The receptionist wanted us to take the most expensive room and when we refused, he became not nice at all. We accepted their conditions, and then told us that the water was not working properly. They obviously didn't want us there

We're two friends (from Germany and France) traveling India by bicycle. We arrived at Hotel Palmshore in the evening after an exhausting cycling day. Unfortunately the staff was very unfriendly and not willing to let us place the bicycles in the room (like we've done in any other room so far). They told us that the bikes needed to stay outside, but couldn't provide any security. We then suggested to place the bikes outside on the backside of the hotel, in front of the room window, but they wouldn't allow this either. The staff in this hotel is really good in finding and creating problems, rather than providing a good service and solutions to their paying customers. Based on this bad experience, we really can't recommend to stay here.

I had lunch from the Hotel Palmshore restaurant with my colleague on 19 Nov 2022, on our return trip from Madurai. This was my second visit. The restaurant facility here is small and menu also very short, but the quality of food served here is excellent.. recommending to have beef biriyani from here ..
