Hotel Palms Residency - Hotel in Nashik - Nashik, India

One of the pathetic hotel I have ever seen. Booked it through MMT but MMT is also not supporting. It trusts its business partner and not customer. The property looks like a brothel house. It's under construction, drilling and hammer work is going on. Rooms are dirty, bedsheets/ pillows are full of stains, picture attached for you. All construction scraps are kept outside my window. Cant even open the window. Misleading through advertisement can be filed under consumer protection act section 29. We are 2 families with a kid and the rooms and bathrooms have foul smell, lots of house flies inside the room because of construction dirt. It's not a small construction, the entire building is under construction with hell lot of noise. Staffs are old and not co-operative. We struggled from 10 am to 12.30 pm after 12 hours of long drive from Ahmedabad and then we decided to change the hotel, till then we were standing out and not using the room. We are 2 ladies, 2 gents with 1 kid( 2 year old) standing outside the hotel on the road and MMT is ok about it. People on the road started judging us, so much of disappointment we had to face. I have recorded the conversations where MMT has agreed hotel did not inform MMT about construction and still supporting hotel instead of customer. I am going to police station to complaint against hotel and mmt about the misleading advertisement on thier websites.

Worst Experience ever. Bedsheets were very old. AC was not at all cleaned or serviced. Some kind of liquid was coming out of it. Bathroom cieling was very low. Comod was also very old and not cleaned properly. Stains were there on the comod. Moreover construction work is going on, so the place right now is a total disaster. My worst room experience so far in my life. Jet spray was not there, some kind of old jet spray setting was there. Overall room was also not properly cleaned. You will see hair strands all over the room. Towels given were also very old and stained. I would strongly suggest to not go there. Book your room somewhere else and save yourselves from this nightmare. This place is a disaster.

It was not good as it shows in photos. rooms wall was not good. toilet was not cleaned. window stopper not working. provided dirty towel. staff was limited.

The question you will have will be - why do the hell i booked a room here. Better I would have slept in car. Smelly rooms So small rooms that with 2 people it felt like Mumbai local train What is room service do ask the desk coordinator. They will ask for full payment even before you check in. While booking you need to pay 25% Don't get disillusioned by photos on any travel website. It's a trap. Hot water. You have to request. No towels Unclean bedsheets Dull lights in room There is TV in room but seems you need to refill to activate the cable connection Yes AC is there in room No room service so no food in room They have a restaurant attached but service is so slow that you may faint if super hungry and it's pricey too. I am still cursing myself why I booked here. Only advantages - connected to National Highway, Near Panchavati, 10mins from Mumbai Naka, Near to Stadium, Lawn available. This is not to make fun but to give them feedback to improve.

Cleanliness is a big issue in the rooms. Rooms are very small and the ceiling is too low to almost an uncomfortable height. Wall paint is coming off at various places. Sheets were not clean. For hot water, they instructed to keep tap open for 2-3 buckets and then it would come. Not a very good experience.

I don't know on what basis was this hotel awarded a 2 star category. It's pathetic. When we were given the room we were told that it has been just cleaned. We asked them to clean the bathroom again, then it was a bit clean. The bedding seemed unchanged. The rooms was as small as a hole. The staff is not professional. Our stay was a Waste of money.

Been here for 3 days. Rooms hygiene quality GOOD. Bathroom hygiene quality GOOD. Hot water availability 24x7. Sleeping mattress is of cheap quality the worst you can think. Just like a big cuboid of sponge. Drinking water dispenser is at very unhygienic place. Yes, the good point is they provide very large garden to roam around and they clean your room nicely. They have provided very small bathing towel. Blanket was good for nothing cause it was very thin. TV, remote and available channels are of lowest quality someone can imagine. If you're in emergency and have less budget but want just okay quality service. This is the place you can rely on.

The hotel has a great location. On the way in Mumbai Agra highway it is at accessible distance to key locations within Nasik. I set it on Google Map but it doesn't have a good signage. The sister property, Basil Bites (a restaurant) has a prominent signage and you may use it for identification. The hotel has adequate parking in the front for car parking overnight. The hotel also shares a large expanse of Lawns. About the Hotel: This is a basic hotel, low ceiling with minimal services. Although they have a resident restaurant, the room service was limited to mineral water, tea and toast. The hotel has only one receptionist and doesn't seem to have any other staff. Housekeeping staff come for limited time in the morning. Another lacunae being the heating system in washrooms are solar enabled. This has Limited capacity and if you are not among the early risers you may have to settle for a chilled bath The lone staff is helpful but severely lacking in capacity. The hotel -Basil bites adjacent to the hotel though has a great food and is a good choice for dinner.
