I wouldn't stay there again. Bathroom was quite dirty. The room itself was OK-ish. On booking they say that breakfast is included but there is no restaurant. They give room service for free at breakfast time instead. But still, there is not much space in the room to eat.
Stay was good. Location is walkable distance from New Delhi Railway station. Easy to reach, staff was friendly. Reception was helpful. Overall a great place and experience

Experience was really bad. Staff was not at all cooperative and was always blaming one another for their misbehaviour. The food was the worst. Room amenities were not work. Neither did the television worked nor did the electric kettle worked. Bathroom condition was also poor. Staff was very rude and the tone in which they spoke was intolerable
Although close to the railway station, I'd rather not stay there. Service is horrible, although rooms were good enough. I'm never going back there.
The room is very old, there is mold and dust everywhere. the photo does not correspond to reality. The hotel is located on the roadway. The towel is gray. There was no hot water in the room. there were no disposable accessories .There were no disposable slippers.dirty toilet and bathroom. Dirty from old age. from the positive - polite staff.
