I stayed for 6 days and the overall experience was good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Disappointed by the bathroom, very small area. Breakfast must be included in the package, it was very tasty with lots of varieties. For meals you will not get lots of options.
Booking cancelled without confirmation. Staff arguing that I didn't receive call 3 times so they have gone ahead and cancelled a confirm booking. They can send you confirmation for booking through message but cant do the same for cancellation. Most pathetic experience ever!! Pls be careful before booking with these guys!!!!
It's a nice hotel. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. It is good for business travellers who prioritise functionality over other comforts.

It was good experience of 14 days stay. All the working staff and house keeping are good, nice talking to all. I lost my swipe card for the first day that was very embarrassing because they didn't resolve this issue same day, so I'm giving the rating 4. apart from this all are good.
My stay was great. The check in and check out processes were smooth too. The bed was very comfy and the room (super deluxe) was huge. I had dinner from room service and it was also good in taste and portion. The staff are non-intrusive and polite. The best part is that they don't call you early in the morning to remind about checkout like many other hotels. The check out time is 11am, and in case you don't check out by then, that's when they call first.
Booked a Super Deluxe Room looking at the images. The actual room that was offered was way too small in size compared to what was being advertised. Got a room of just half the size listed. The TV wasn't working despite a technician working hard on fixing it. Happened to order food from their in-house kitchen, and that turned out to be very mediocre at best. Overall, definitely not worth the money being spent. One can easily find lots of better options at around the same price or even cheaper. We were not at all happy with the stay. Just about average. Found nothing great worth writing home about. This place can best be avoided.
