visited hotel good for moderate budget, no rooms for single occupant, but near to city center. good for just one or two day stay if on duty.

I'm a solo traveller and have done trips all around India (full South India, Northeast India). I was enroute to Bhuj for Kutch festival, on my way from Belgaum, KA. Already travelled 680 kms on my bike and reached the hotel at 7.30 pm. The owner outright told me that they don't accept single travellers unless they are on business trip. He asked me to provide a reference from Daman or else I cannot stay. Sarcastically I asked the desk boy, "Wow so Daman is not a tourist place?". Seriously, had no energy to waste on direct confrontation with such a low-life. Now imagine if I had already paid for this trip on some app and at 7.30 pm, tired from riding through NH4, Mumbai bypasses, totalling 14 hours of torture, I have to now find a new stay because of the male owner's mood swings. I wanted to say something nasty but decided he was not worth the effort. Guys please go forward on that lane, there are plenty of better hotels. I swear if I had booked online and already had paid, I would file a case on him or atleast taken a video of confrontation. I've never witnessed this kind of evil nature anywhere in this whole country. And there's a reason why I'm writing this review. Enjoy Daman, but save yourself from this filthy owner. He is bound for hell, for sure.

Very very worst experience They couldn't give you even 1 hour extra when we are busy, and took out our bags without permission when we were late. Service gave us a water bottle with alcohol smell in it. No cleanliness in balcony and fan was very dusty. Dustbin was very dirty and tobaco spitted. There was no lift.

Staff behaviour third class dont go her i specially recommend

Stayed for 2 days. Staff's behaviour with customer is worst. Even owner doesn't have control on their staff. We reached hotel at 9 am & booked for two days. Person on counter told us to check out at 9 instead of 11 regular time. We were 2 couple with two kids (one is 3 month old baby girl & another is 18 month old baby girl). We requested for late checkout but staff was teaching us about rule. We told him that we will check in at 11 am & sat on sofa near reception. But staff told us to go outside & wait. No courtesy towards customer with small kids. Neither glass nor water provided in room. No mirror in bathroom. No soap box to keep soap in bathroom. No extra tumbler & bucket for wc available. Do everything with one tumbler (for gargle, bath, shave etc etc). Even night lamp was not available. No switch provided to on or off lights near bed. No charging point near bed. All sorts of basic amenities were missing. Never ever stay in this hotel.

Excellent service, good staaf, under budget hotel rooms, near to beach

It's ok Located on main area in daman near main market and taxi stand, Beach also near by at walkable distance. Nice service, Due to located on main area and road side so parking is big issue here, Otherwise everything is good.

Location was nice, as it was near to the beach and the taxi stand, but this was the only nice thing about it. Rooms were untidy and not properly set, food and drinks were not up to the mark, seeing the rates.
