The rooms are good but most importantly, the staff is amazing!! They are very friendly,helpful and greet you well. From the hotel reception staff to the bell boys, the service is outstanding. They are indeed very reliable.

Rooms were just ok. Breakfast was not so tasty and was very very limited for the price. Service was poor because when I had an issue with my room keycard I was the one who was going upstairs and coming downstairs to the reception to get it fixed. There was no person to take care of that other than the receptionist. Only good thing was about the security who was very good man and somehow managed to arrange a parking space for us. Wifi was also not available which was actually included in our package. I was travelling with my family and I will never suggest this place to anyone else or rather come back to stay in this hotel again because I have paid 4k for a single day and had a bad experience.

The Hotel Guest Policy are Not properly communicated Not allowing Visitors even if they are our own blood relatives. Management Guests handling also not good If anyone planning to bring visitors please confirm once.

Dear hotel owner I was trying to contact to your hotel and repeated send the mail that kindly share your bank details for booking payment but instead of bank details and manager told me to gpay on private number, this type of service although i not booked this hotel. But i want to share my experience with your hotel..

It was ok, food was decent though I am not happy with the rest room experience adjacent to the conference room, male members were using female washroom and light was also flickering there, so overall ok ok experience for an official meeting

Service and staff both are kind and friendly. I was comfortable in every way .

I stayed for 4 nights. Hotel is near majestic, so transportation is easy car parking - Park outside hotel Food - Good (not yummy), bit expensive Room service - Good Hassle free check in Room - clean and tidy but there were one or two small roaches I saw. Ac works well. only free channels on TV. 24hrs hot water available
