Hotel Palazzo - Hotel in Bhiwani - Bhiwani, India

I stayed at this hotel. It was in a great spot, close to things to do. The rooms were really clean, and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I'd tell others to stay here too.

Rooms are very good and very comfortable. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very polite and very helpful. Good service. Amazing food. GREAT HOTEL!! MUST VISIT

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building, The staff is also very nice. No doubt Rooms are very nice and clean and they are very safe also. But the negative thoughts about this hotel is it's an offline hotel I totally recommend that you not book it from any apps Oyo etc. Then will be eventually going to charge you more sometime double now the price here starts from Rs1000/-. So don't think you will get an offer in any app that will apply here. Now for the hotel owner My advice :- I travel the world I have been to a lot of places and hotels and I can say that your Hotel is very nice, staff is very nice and cooperative also. Great Rooms you have But the only thing is don't let your customers set a false idea ( ki 600-700 m room book kr liya on Oyo it's great) please set your price on apps higher so that you will get what you want. Don't book this hotel, I booked online, did payment and after reaching denied check in. Asked more than double of money than oyo price to check in. When I denied and called oyo, the owner didn't receive call from oyo in front of me. I initiated for refund. Later got message on my app that it showed I was checked in hotel and checked out as well ( without giving me entry) (just gave entry to my rupees) and owner didn't release my refund. Dont book such kind of hotels.. Time waste, money waste,

They demand extra money and when I argue then they saw their political power. Then they saw their locality power . One is from BJP party.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and well-appointed with all amenities that they mentioned. The check-in process was quick and easy and the price was reasonable for what we got. It was close to the railway station.
