Hotel Palazhi - Hotel in Pathanapuram, Pattazhy Vadakkekara - Kollam, India

This hotel is absolutely amazing, and it's made even better by the fantastic staff! The location is wonderful, the hotel recommended parking garage (which also has friendly staff). For a room in the city, it was a really great size! Our room came with a little table and couch, was clean and modern, and had a really great use of space. The toilet paper wasn't some cheap thin stuff either, and I really appreciate the environmentaly friendly refillable toiletries. The only thing that bothers me is that there aren't many options for breakfast I'll definitely be seeing you again!

We had a bad experience from the part of this Restaurant. The staff called while eating for parking the car. Thats not a good hospitality manner. Either they should provide directions at the time of parking or should have helped to park while dining. ... Calling in between eating was very uncomfortable and unexpected as it is aimed at providing best food experience to the customers... But the food service was good...

Great ambiance to enjoy time with family and friends. Neat and clean surroundings. Friendly and dedicated service of the staff is to be highlighted. Variety of veg and non veg food items fulfilled our taste expectation. Wish to visit again to explore more ..... Thanks Hotel Palazhy ......

Had mutton biryani today. It tasted like boiled basmati rice mixed with mutton curry. Plus: Easy access, ample parking space, clean premises. Scope for improvement: Food is above average (not exceptional). Service is just ok (less interactive staff)

Hello We have arranged a small function as a part of our baby's Baptism in Palazhi.The service they provided was amazing.The Hall was very neat and well arranged.I would recommend this Hotel for others who has plan forvany functions or family gatherings. Thank you

All is good specially the food... I stay in Mumbai but my parents stay very close to this hotel and I always visit this hotel.... and specially the service from Mr. Sujit is also very good.... Only request to the hotel manager is to control the standards of the localities visiting the bar... many times I had seen nuisances in the bar area... specially once the localities are drunk.... there should be some rules to control this as for families sometimes it's an embarrassment... I hope u will understand... Thanks... Jinish Pillai.
