HOTEL PALAV PALACE - Hotel in bethak, Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

It was an amazing experience staying here. Located just beside NH 48 towards Udaipur so easily reachable. No need to go inside the city. Clean room and linen. Gated premises, ample of parking space. Staff behaviour especially Narayan Patel (manager) is great. Very helpful and cooperative. He had upgraded my room. Gave me options to select room of my choice. Petrol pump and hotels around. Safe for family and solo travellers. You can order food from outside. Internet, T.V, comb, pair of slippers and other amenities. Recommended to stay.

Excellent stay at Palav Palace for 2 nights.

Only best about PP is its location. Service is third class. Avoid it at any costs.

It was a very good experience living in Palav Palace, i was there for a business trip and had a great experience as it was near Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport. Staff was very good and they were cooperative and helpful. As it was in the center of the city transportation and food available was very close to the hotel. Overall it was a great experience

Hotel best but manager is rudly talk to customer behaviour not good

Staying at this hotel has been an extremely horrible experience, indeed. Nothing seems to be O.K.here. Even the intercom does not work.TV did work for some half an hour but stopped afterwards with a signal saying card is dirty and needs to be cleaned and inserted again.Staff is cooperative but rude.Hot water is available only if you tell the staff before planning to take bath.Almirah,hangers etc.are not provided.Watch in room shows wrong time,prabably it's battery is defective. Overall,it's NOT a place to come and stay. Every thing including the behaviour of the staff.

Stayed for three days, staff is impolite and impatient. Changing of bed sheets despite repeated requests was done at the eleventh hour. Bathroom was not up to the mark

Hotel staff behaviour are not good. Room conditions are pathetic, please don't waste your time and money
