Pathetic Service. I had stayed in 2018 year. My room was dirty. Lizards and Rats were there. This Hotel was tied up with OYO at that time. I had complained to OYO but the response band support from OYO was pathetic. There was dispute going on between OYO and this Hotel for booking commission.
This is the best of the nearby Ratlam bus stand. Room rent is cheap with balcony view this is the best thing in palash hotel stand room or deluxe room every room they have banlkony... According to price it's best. Clean and beautiful...
Good hotel to stop over for a night. Staff is friendly. Food is available from the hotel restaurant. Also has in house bar. Rooms need a bit of maintenance and upkeep. However, ok for the budget price.
Location is good and parking space is available. The exterior is nice but the interior is slight contrast. Generally not visited by families, it is one of the few closed spaces available for doing small budget network events, by companies wanting to promote their products in the vicinity of Ratlam. The restaurent at the ground floor is converted into meeting room as per requirement, and they arrange projectors and mike at additional cost. There is a bar at the backside with average infrastructure and ambience. However it remains crowded as there are not many budget options in the city.
No doubt hotel is situated at very prime location that is when you just enter into the city.. Good property but they have not maintained it well.. Now they need renovation regarding veach and every stuff except the suit class room.. There is bit issue of dust i mean there is a lot of dust which is not being taken care the only thing which need to be taken care every day.. Pocket friendly hotel staff is nice but not responsive bit lazy they are.. They have bar as well as restaurant with in the hotel itself..
If you are looking for stay in hotel in Ratlam.. I would say please avoid stay.. Hotel is worst in service.. All staff required reminder for each and every order.. No one is bother what customer want and what is customer service.. Their main income is bar not hotel stay so service is zero from them.. Stay away from it.. Old structure of hotel gives smell like worst.. Not using oyo service but still using oyo facility to attract customers..

Hotel's staff behaviour was good. Check in and out process very fast. Room service also good. Location of this hotel is very well and near by railway and bus stand. Transport easily available from hotel.
