Worst service. Booked room by seeing 3* Hotel. Room was on third floor. No lift was available. No staff to help with luggage. Manager did not even bothered to help with luggage.
Good location, near the north bus stand . Rooms are ok, from service is poor. Didn't eat food .
Not Suitable for family, old hotel, hotel or Rooms are not like the pics available over online.. no separate hot water if you request they will give in a bucket, Restrooms stinks,AC keeping in 16deg also not cooling much.. Only one power point in room, Rooms also not clean, Service also very late. Only good thing is it is walkable distance to temple. NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT LOT THE HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH FAMILY. DISAPPOINTED

The hotel is situated at the city centre. Good behaviour from the staff. A bit old property but neat and good rooms.Overall a nice experience. But I do feel the necessity of one or two additional charging sockets in the room.

I was expecting a low quality hotel as it is next to vadakke bus stand. I was literally surprised by seeing the entrance and neatness of room inside. Toilets were clean and as seen in hotel reviews i haven't experienced any foul smells im room. I was in room and my stay was pleasant. Where you ll get such a quality room at 950 rs?. You need to get food from outside that is the only cons.
This one's an average hotel but budget-friendly for sure. Hotel's located at the heart of the town so travellers won't be experiencing any inconvenience to locate it. The hotel lobby is indeed pleasant and impressive.The staff were very friendly and supportive too. Room is quite clean and the bathroom attached is neat as well. Room has all the basic stuffs like a TV, AC, Good furniture, Wardrobe, Flask, Glasses and a bottle of water as complimentary. Towels provided were really fresh. Some disadvantages I have noticed: 1. Room we stayed in is a Double Deluxe AC. It has enough space for 2 but looked a bit congested overall. Expected a little more space in a Double Deluxe Room. Don't know how spacious the other rooms are. 2. We are not happy with the lighting. Without bright lights, the room looks so dull. 3. It would be nice if they include a Shampoo and a Dental kit among the Toiletries. Just found a bar of soap in the room. 4. We have noticed a restaurant area in the hotel but seems it's not functioning nowadays. For the meals, either we have to step out or place an order on Swiggy. Taking the major two factors to concern, comfort and convenience, I can definitely say YES to this hotel.
