I had booked this hotel for two night was room was very room and it was stinking and smelling very badly and receptionist was very rude and took extra money from me. Just before checkout. I was just late 10 minutes because of traffic and they charge me 1000 extra and was very rude and no proper amenities in the room I request you all if you are a booking for check the room and then make a booking near the hotel. There are no good hotels to have food, nor nothing place is not good. It is it slum area. I request the hotel owner to please take a note about this. The receptionist guy charging extra with all the people and if you ask for the receive this say recipe will come you on your number it's fraud on the reception. ( Fat guy ) is very rude and does not know how to interact with the people. I would like the property owner to please take a note in a serious way. Thank you

I lived in this hotel for a couple of nights while I traveled to Mumbai on a work related trip. The ambiance was good, the management spoke with me very politely. The rooms are clean and whenever I wanted to have food, I used the phone inside my room to call and order. The food quality is also very good. After I checked out of the hotel, I had a 4-5 hour work to which I cannot carry my luggage, the management was kind enough for guarding my luggage during that time. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Rooms as shown in images are not exact. Allotted room for three persons but it's only comfortable for two persons to sleep. There is no any quick responses of room services. The taste of food is very very poor and also no sufficient plates and spoon to serve.There is no any dinning room. It has very very congested rooms. The Price is also too high as compare to room size. The Water tap are also not working properly.
Worst. This guy at front desk will do any thing for money. Be Carefull you won't feel safe. They took Xerox of all adhar cards my family numbers staying in same room. I think he is going sell them . Not family friendly. And danger for women. THESE ROOMS ARE SO DIRTY NOT WORTH 1000RS INSTEAD OF GOING HERE YOU CAN STAY ON FOOT PATH
1.jan.2023 my advise not to get in side this hotel guys , the worst hotel in never experienced in my life I told them clearly room not cleaned n please change the door mats the stuff was rude and no response from them as we don't have any option i stayd in this hotel , room fare my 1850 which is not worth n it's a maas area there are mechanic shops around so better look some thing in Sion but not west kurla
