The hotel was a mixed bag. The staff was friendly & helpful, ensuring a warm welcome. The rooms were clean, but the decor was dated. The breakfast had a decent spread, but lacked variety. The location was convenient, close to attractions. Overall, it was an average stay, nothing extraordinary.
Very bad, if given a choice i would have rated 0 star. Avoid Early morning check in, they will receive the call once and then 2nd time they will keep the phone engaged so that their sleep don't gets disturbed. I had to wait outside for 4-5hours. No water provided at the room no cordination between staff and manager. Must avoid.

I had a good stay, room is ok, location is also good but you need to walk abit to get some things, nearby not available. Overall its OK. Location .. it's in the heart of the City
Most most worst hotel i ever stay. They do not even maintain the basics. And if u try to give them advise or ask them anu query,the owner would shout u, talk rudely & insult u & fight with u. So mucb ridiculous place to stay. At 11am they close their main entrance & switched off the WiFi. So basically u become totally disconnected from the entire world. And nobody will response u in emergency if u need them! Even though u die!! And the owner do not have the minimum courtesy. I strongly suggest everyone to avoid this place.
Pathetic hotel and never recommend... Called for 3 times for morning tea and waited for 45 min. Only good thing is room boys behaviour is decent, polite and prompt. Checked out and moved to another hotel after tolerating 3 days, food was pathetic, reply from manager was no chef now a days and said order your self online. Manager at desk was rude and no manners. Argued and threatened to pay additional 3% for credit card payment. Only split ac room is 101 and it gets off 3 - 4 times during the night, u need to wake up and start again.
Had a wonderful stay here. This was good experience in Agartala. as this is my first visit here. Owner and all staffs are very humble, they doing everything possible to provide you a comfortable stay. Recommended for family too

Loved the restaurant and loved the food. A nice quiet place for spending quality time with tasty foods. Highly recommended in Agartala. Just location is little far from main city but still worth it once you reach.

Room was good but place is mostly empty, room rent for two people in AC was 1800 with breakfast included. For non AC two people we had rent of 1200. No lunch or dinner included, but those can be placed on extra order. The check in period is of 24 hr
