Very bed service and staff behaviour I cand visit your hotel 2nd time and I suggest other please not visit this hotel very bed hotel not other facilities allowed so....

"HOTEL PALACE" some of the people are giving reviews of another hotel here. Make sure where you stayed and give your opinions accordingly. This is "HOTEL PALACE" Serves every possible facility it has lift , cateen facility, laundry facility, hot water and clean rooms at reasonable prices .

I stayed here for 3 days. My Room was little small but clean and well maintained. Initially I do not have any impression on this hotel because I never used any service like room boys, reception etc.. I used to go to work early morning and used to comeback late in the evening. But one thing changed everything. During checkout process I paid through paytm. By mistake I paid 1000 extra. I realised that later. Spoke with the owner and he asked me to contact hotel reception as he is not available in the hotel. I thought I have to forget about the amount since I already left the place and phone calls does not work. But surprisingly I got a call from reception saying I paid extra amount and asked me to call the owner. I again called and immediately he transferred my amount back. They know I left the place and won't come back. But still they paid me back. They deserve 10 stars.

Experience is not so good. No proper co-operation. Blue Rooms is a very very good hotel near by. But this pramukh palace is not for businessman and family. I never ever had such disappointing experience. I was on Official tour. Disgusting hotel ...

Poor Manager behavior, Hotel not Clean, Every Corner Dust, spider, Lots of Mosquito... Toilet, washroom sometimes Water Gone, TV not working only showpiece like "Dabba" " Rs. 800 one night"

Overall experience is good, room service is excellent. Some rooms are under maintenance. Business officials are frequently checked in here.

A very hotel to stay with all requirements near by bus stand station markets and avery good service provided by the hotel staff. Manager is there always to help you I am having a very good and peaceful stay.

Very Poor!! Worst hotel I ever seen, No proper parking facility, no hot water, even they serve used water bottle for drinking and finally stay charges is very high as compare to other hotels. Please avoid to stay in this hotel.
