Hotel Pai Viceroy, Tirupathi - Hotel in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

First impression is that the rooms are small and the roof is low but our 2 days stay was great. Staff is wonderful, very kind and humble. Front desk lady was very helpful in sharing information. Breakfast was really really good. Room service was very good also. Best part was it is close to many things and taxis and autos are readily available, if you did not take your own vehicle. We will definitely return and also recommend to other relatives. So pleased to have found the place!

1. Rooms were too small as compared to online photos. 2. Housekeeping was good. 3. Room service was pathetic. If you ask them to come they will not come in a single call. 4. The restaurant on the ground floor was good. The breakfast is good in taste and the service is also good. 5. The restaurant on the top floor is named "Gufha", and is one of the most pathetic restaurants in terms of food and service. The taste of food is not good as well as they are too slow in serving.

The rooms were clean and hygienic. The Housekeeping department is excellent. All staffs were courteous and tries maximum to fulfill our genuine requests. The F&B (Veg) was outstanding too. The taste was awesome, again they prepare based on our requirement. No negatives. Perfect family friendly hotel. Location: Very near to the Ghat road. Multiple veg hotels near by. The hotel also provides packages from Tirupati to Tirumala at nominal cost. Overall pleasant stay. Definitely recommend.

First things first - filter coffee was excellent, thick and strong - one cup per day was sufficient to give that "coffee-satisfaction" for the entire day unlike other places where you may be tempted to have 2/3 cups per day. One of the best hotels out there. Recommended over any other nearby hotels. Neatly maintained new rooms, prompt housekeeping, good food though I didn't like one of them I ordered, friendly reception desk, appeared to be justifying 3-star hotel expectations for the money paid. Near to alipiri steps and tirupati-tirumala buses pass in front of the hotel. Overall I had a good experience when compared to my stay at other places nearby!

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Room was neat and clean with AC, TV, Shelf, Dressing table and chair, Single sofa chair and table, Hot water kettle etc. Bathroom was also neat and clean with hot water facility. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good. There is enough parking facility. A2B is directly opposite to the hotel. Good location as it's after the elevated flyover and on the Tirumala bypass road. Rooms are small. Prices can be little less. Food is slightly expensive.

In November, we stayed 2 times, and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are good, breakfast is second to none. Entire Staff are very cordial and very helpful. Our only concern was the thali which was very chilli hot. You should cater not only to andra people and also to all guests coming from different parts of India. Ala Carte food is very good. I forgot my small bag which they couriered to me at no cost to me which is a very good gesture. We will continue to stay there and recommend to my friends.

One of the Best hotels I have visited till date. Everything will work well if we choose yo stay here. Location, cleanliness, service, cost all are perfect n safe for family stay

Hotel Pai Viceroy is located at the bottom of the hill, Tirumala, Tirupathi, Andhra Pradesh. This hotel has very good places nearby like hotels, restaurants, temple etc. The rooms are very good with enough complimentary facilities. The snack served inside the room on the table is on an extra chargeable basis. The chocolates and beverages inside the refrigerator are also on an extra chargeable basis. The room serves are very good. They have two type of restaurants inside the building named Gufa and Plantain Leaf. The food here is vegetarian and delicious and hygienic. We stayed at this hotel with family in two rooms. The breakfast was complimentary, so we visited Plaintain Leaf for breakfast in the morning. The food taste is very good. There are many dishes available but not dosa, which was on an extra chargeable basis. Even mineral water bottles placed on the table in advance are chargeable. Overall, the hotel is very good for family and friends. It's a 4 star rated hotel. I would recognize this hotel for cleanliness and safe stay.
