HOTEL PAHUNA - Hotel in Dongargarh - Rajnandgaon, India

Just a decent room to stay, service is missing technically, no one to pick up luggage or no security as such. No generator as well where we faced frequent power cuts. Washrooms could be little cleaner. Bedsheet and spreads were not clean. Located in the main road.

Pathetic experience in the hotel. Even though we book this hotel from MMT a month ago but receptionists was shocked when we reached there. At the first instance, he was not accepting our booking for which we fully paid a month ago. After too many discussions they gave us rooms but rooma were not the category we booked. We booked the room for 9 people clearly but the owner doesn't know how to check the booking. He told me that I booked 3 room for 3 person in all, really, who book 3 room for 3 people when you travel with family. He was alsk quite rude. We spent 2 hours at reception and at the end compromised with the provided room. After that AC of the room was not working and then we had to struggle to get it fixed. Worst experience overall.

Receptionist were not interested in showing us rooms, he said rooms are so small that only two ppl can fit not the children, and when we said that room showing available in makemytrip then he said that it's their final decision to cancel the bookings.

Price is very high but all services is best

Hotel was clean and tidy. But service by man sitting at counter is pathetic. No manners of talking. Treating guests like borrowers. A small room rented us for rs 2000/- in such a small city. Providing No gst bill. When asked for gst bill then giving a small piece of receipt looking like chanda receipt. Overall pathetic experience. Owner is missing and man sitting there is looting customers.

Costly but taste is tooo good

Rooms were clean and tidy, however the service was pathetic. The person sitting at the reception counter did not behave well. Treated guest as if they are staying for free. The language used was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

When asked for additional mattress, their staff told that we shall provide tomorrow, which never ever happened since last 2 days. When asked for additional room only for night hours, they said to take it for no additional charges and later today, they confirmed that it shall be chargeable. Total 3rd class support staff. Owner is no where in the picture and sitting cool. Also, they put off the A/C for 2 hours today, without the intimation of our's, to save their electricity bill. Idiots !! Stay in this Hotel at your own risk !!
