Good place to stay in the posh locally We availed a suite room and it was very spacious and comfortable. All amenities were good. The hospitality is very good. The breakfast is complementary ,very good, healthy and tasty food. The menu had wide range of dishes including non- vegetarian. Everything is good about this hotel except that there is no compound wall and the main entrance to the hotel is located on the road with a stairway which is a bit narrow and congested. The security system of the hotel is highly appreciative and needs a special mention. We forgot few valuables in the room during checkout and left the premises. The front office contacted us within few minutes and after verifying the details of the items, handed them over to us. We were very touched by the sincerity ,concern and swift action of the staff

Actually the rooms are pretty old and many things need to be corrected. But their service is quite good and helpful. it is located at centre .

Great news! Padmini Residency has opened and been renovated under a new management. One of the best budget stay I have ever had in Hyderabad. The ambience was amazing and staff were cooperative. I was provided with AC, WIFI, TV, brand new washroom, clean sheets which was more than enough for a happy stay especially when you travel often.

Very worst hotel no generator no neatness everything bad sleep on footpath is better then staying this hotel

Best and Clean Hotel in this Area. Rooms are very good , new and clean. It provide AC &NonAC Rooms and executive rooms. Car parking is additional advantage. It provides hot water, Free Wifi, Washed blankets etc. Food is not available at this hotel as they used to keep same curries for 2-3 days. For all other needs we should goto main road to general as these not available here.

You can find so many accomodations in Hyderabad but many hotels (even if 5 stars) are not very cleaned:) I was very satisfied of this accomodation, the room and the bathroom very clean and quite, the hotel is well positioned and the staff is very friendly

Last week only I stayed in Padmini residency cost was too high 2k per day for double room a/c and room is ok maintenance is worst no wifi in 4th floor & tv is not working at all and reception guy is worst behaviour with customers over all frnds never take that hotels this is genuine review....
