Dear Team Hotel Padmam, Our stay at your lodge on 21-22 Nov '23 was comfortable. I appreciate the room was clean and your location was convenient for our short visit to the city as we could visit the temple and other local tours and get back. Your reception was helpful in taking care of our baggage for the few hours we reached ahead of check-in time. The rate is cost effective and the facilities worthy. Thanks.

Except the really bad entrance with some gutter or idk what waters is flowing in front . The rooms are actually decent and really clean . Toilets are also clean and fresh. U get body wash and handwash ..Central AC Which is fine but doesn't make room really chilling which I like btw but It works so great . U got TV with few channels . Hotel sabris , hotel Taj and Meenakshi temple at walking distance so don't pay 100rs for auto . Overall good . But they didn't pick up our bags so only 2 for service.

Dont book & get yourself cheated...!!! Horrible experience with this hotel on 18th Oct 2023 @ at 8.40 pm. Booked a Delux A/c room through Agoda for a night stay with family, but hotel is located in a cramped street where I can't enter with car as the street is fully blocked with two wheelers in both the sides. So I called the hotel for guidance, but Receptionest Raju carelessly answerd to park somewhere roadside away from hotel & come by walk for check-in as ther is no place to park even a two-wheeler near the hotel. With luggage & carying kids, how to come by walk from 500 mts away from hotel ?Then I immediately asked to cancel my booking due to his irresponsible answer, but he simply asked me to talk to agodo & get it cancelled as hotel can't do the refund. Is this the way you treat customers without curtesy?

For 1800 that is the worst room. Ac water is leaking into the room(208) Only advantage is near to temple. Other Hotels around this are less price and good to stay. Overall dissatisfied with the stay at this hotel that too for 11hrs

Room is located near to Madurai Jn. But it is walkable distance from Meenakshi Amman temple. Rooms are ok. I opted for a family room for 3 members and it looks good. Though it is a old building, rooms are ok at the price range of 1800-2000 range. It is spacious. Basic service is available like toiletries. Drinking water (can water) is available at the common area in all floors.

Limited car parking, if u are in a premium SUV, it's better to park on road & I don't know who the architect is so many rooms in one side, very conjusted, mosquitos everywhere.

Rooms are good at affordable rates. But the major issue lies with parking. No parking space at all.

Decent hotel with temple view if given a room in third floor or higher. Reasonable costs for rooms. Very much walkable to the railway station and Meenakshi temple.
