Great location, really pleasant with beautiful view..... Excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern. Great breakfast as well. but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. loved it and would definitely recommend ........
Good stay. We stayed in premier rooms and they were good with balcony view. Food was good too except on days you want to pack your breakfast early- there is hardly anything to choose from. Water takes a long time to heat up. Staff is excellent and very well behaved. Stella and Anil for special mention. We booked our cab for sightseeing through the hotel only. Path to the hotel is narrow.
Great Location, Nice view and awesome and friendly staff. Had a great time during my stay, the front desk and Kitchen staff was friendly through out and assisted me to their best. There is also common lobby on each floor and it has some great view. They also helped me avail transport for my sightseeing and get a good deal and super friendly driver.
Beautiful place, rooms, and services. Especially the owner who's very friendly and teaches us a lot of things. The owner gave us apricot jam as a parting gift! It was very lovely and I've never been happier staying in a place
A charming place made even better by the amazing staff! Right from the booking process till we said good bye, the staff assisted us with all that was required. The rooms are well designed and luxurious, the food sumptuous, and the mini-garden as lovely as it can be. They even arranged for all our side trips. The place to stay when in Leh and we're definitely returning back soon!
Stayed here for 15 days in Nov 2023. It's just an amazing place to be. The rooms are centrally heated and super comfortable. Special kudos to the hospitality of the staff (Vinodji, Stella etc) who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended stay!!
I was unwell on the first day at Leh due to mild Acute Mountain Sickness. The owner/MD Mt Tsewang Yangjor, and his staffs, Stella, Karan, Vinod ensured that I was well taken care of. They explained to me on the ways to get acclimatise to the high altitude, administered oxygen, got the necessary medication, suggested dishes for my meals to relieve my nauseous feeling. The owner was so kind that he shared with me a specially brewed herbal tea to ease my aliment meant for him and his staff's consumption for their well-being. Their hospitality is nothing less than top notch. We felt like we were visiting family instead of staying in a hotel. The hotel ambience was homely and serene. The room was spacious, clean and well-heated. Bathroom was clean with necessary toiletries provided. There was a vanity mirror in the bathroom like an added bonus to me. Bedding were super comfortable. This hotel is ideally situated near Main Market, a 10 mins walk to reach there. Our young driver, Mr Sonam, is a gem. He is a confident driver, diving winding road effortless and very caring and alway on the look-out for my comfort due to my aliment.
The stay at Padma Ladakh was amazing! On our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Tsewang and his team. The hotel could easily be reached from the airport. It is located a few minutes away from the main market and the rooms offer a wonderful view of the mountains. Throughout our stay we experienced great hospitality and good advice on the local sights and activities. Whenever we had any questions, they were more than happy to help us.
