Only good point is rooms are of decent size and neat and clean First of location is not that good. Very small lane to get to the hotel. Very tough to find. I visited for a Business trip and had to conduct meeting with few people but guests were not allowed in the room. Even they did not allow my in laws to meet me in the room. Hotel needs to work on their guest policy Checkin was at 2:00 PM, I reached at around 1:00 PM. For early check in Mr Krishna Sawant asked me for 1,500 despite having rooms. I would advise not to book if you are travelling for business

Hotel is situated too inside form the main road. Secondly the rooms are quite small also water was dripping off from Ac which was pathetic n terrible. They also charged for the drinking water which wasn't at all expected. The Ac was noisy and food which were ordered for dinner was average saddest part was hair was found in veg fried rice. Amenities like soap n brush wasn't found in the washroom had to request multiple times for the same.

It was an average experience. I thought the staff were a little unresponsive. It was a clean hotel however... But there were spots that were overlooked. And .. why is there a chamber of secrets with an open keyhole in my bathroom?

Too interior from JB nagar Chakala Metro. Very costly compared to other hotels in same area. They charge a lot even without much amenities. Free Buffet breakfast have limited items and very congested dinning hall which can accommodate only 3 tables. Foods are not worthy.

It was a business trip and everything was in place. From Airport Pickup to Food. Everything was so good. Staff behaviour was so welcoming. I will definitely visit there when I travel to Mumbai again.

Location: The location of the Hotel is really good except for the narrow street that takes us to this hotel. Please see the attached photo I have shared in this review. One cannot go to the gate of this hotel by his car / cab or any big vehicle easily. Rooms: The room in which I stay was 604 and it was really nice, neat and tidy room. It can easily accommodate 2 persons. The room was having fresh air circulation and ample natural light. AC was excellent and geyser was giving nice hot water. But the TV in the room was not having any connectivity. It was just for the sake of name. Service: The staff was cooperative and they were available for any service in less than 5 min. Example, I asked for the iron-box and the staff give it to me in 2 min. Similarly, I asked for an extra towel and they brought it in 3 min. Though the hotel provides complimentary breakfast, the quality is not so good and the options are very limited.

The Hotel experience was really good. Clean Rooms and bathrooms, friendly cooperative staff .. The AC in the room was not working, we complained about it to the staff and they immediately changed the room for Us.. Only negative point would be the parking..if you come here by car then you better be an experienced driver.. roads are really very narrow and very less space for parking. other than that the entire hotel is a 10/10.
