Hotel Pacific - Hotel in Gondia - Gondia, India

I recently stayed at the Hotel pacific and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed were incredibly comfortable. Location of hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with many popular attractions just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which served delicious food in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend the Grand Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay

They do t have so many rooms but the ones they have are a good size and offer good sized bed with shower and a separate toilet, wardrobe and coffee/tea making facilities and a TV. Our room was also equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan and had a private balcony. The owner was friendly and supportive and front desk staff offered advice for first time visitors, which was helpful. All in all it's a great little hotel, however a few small niggles happened including short supply of hot water late at night When we ran a bath but there was plenty of hot water for showers. The separate toilet and shower was a nice and practical design and the hotels rooms sit back from the road so it's nice and peaceful. Definitely a good location. We visited while we are on travel to visit forts in Maharashtra

My experience is very bad during my stay this hotel. Staff is very arrogant and rude. Avoid this place and go for other options.

Its located in the heart of the city and that's the only plua point. We stayed there as there were no rooms available in our preferred hotel. The staff is good but their hygiene standards need to really improve. From the bathroom basin to the pot to the room everything looked and was dirty and when we asked they claimed that the room has been thoroughly cleaned. Food was average but why bother when you have entire khau Galli right opposite the hotel.

Was here for the one night, was okay stay, and was service was good by staff.

We stopped here to take lunch while on our way to Kanha. The hotel is 5 mins car drive from Gondia train station. Pleasant staff adequately clean arrangement and delicious hot food. Reduced rating due to poorly maintained washrooms. We stopped once again on our way back and I was very happy to see that my review was read and auctioned upon by the management. Such proactive action signify engaged staff.

Anything but food was the best and service was superb.

Pls do not visit if you are vegetarian & they don't allow friends & colleagues to enter each others room. If you leave room for a day they'll suspiciously check the room & your stuff as well. They even call you that if you've checked out & call that your stuff is not there. AC's doesn't work at any room.
