I think it's a very bad hotel all over kashipur. Non sense manager and also staff. They don't have manner how to talk with customers. Manager is uneducated including all staff. A.c don't work in rooms, bed, chair, bathroom also very bad. I reccomended you just as a human being don't stay in pacific hotel It's good for you. Absolutely wonderful place to plan for a marriage. Relatives planned a 7 days marriage celebration there, it was an awesome experience. Owner is very good too. Food is very nice and not like usual hotels. Flower decoration is excellent.
