Worst hotel for family stay. We helplessly stayed here for two nights. Staff with absolutely no sense of hospitality, Dirty floor, stained linens, no breakfast facility, power cut issues, NO HOT WATER. It worth only 500Rs at Max. But they will charge you double to this. I never recommend this to anyone who is travelling jaiselmer for memorable vacation.

The owner and staff members are very flexible and are also very helpful. The pictures of this hotel doesn't justify it's beauty as it's even more better in reality. The washroom of the hotel were very cleaned. It was one of our best experiences that we had because the kaji and all staff members are very welcoming and you would feel homely! I would recommend to have your staycation here definitely as it's also very near to the fort and the main city area..!, All city sightseeing points are walkable It's a 10 on 10 stay!

Our stay was horrible here. Firstly, reaching this place is a herculean task since it is located in the intereriors of the city with extremely narrow and poorly paved streets. The room was not up to the mark either. Old and dusty curtains, stained linens, leaky bathroom taps, dirty water from the tap, non existent dustbin, and cupboards greeted us. The worst part is the hotel does not provide hot water for bath. We have to ask for it explicitly when one of their staff will enter your room and pour a bucket of hot water. Adding to this is the problem of power cuts. If there is a power outage while your hot water is getting ready, you'll have to wait more. It took more than 2 hours for my family of four to get ready. The menu in the room said complimentary breakfast was not really complimentary. You can choose only ONE item from their menu and anything extra will be charged. We had booked this hotel for two nights but checked out the next day itself. Not worth the money at all. For the horrible infrastructure, location and facilities I wouldn't want to even rate it a single star

One of the Worst Experience you could get in Jailsalmer. I visited Jaiselmer during Diwali, and had a room booked a month before. The reviews for this hotel are Overrated, Inconvenient and not Trustworthy. The staff is okayish and the room which my family got had enought space but they messed up the cupboard by placing bed in front of it making it unusable. The MOST undesirable thing of the whole hotel is its food, If I were to assume that they cooked the meal themselves, It was bad. It was cold and not having a pleasing taste, overall expensive. The thing to keep in mind while finding hotels in Jaisalmer, is to not get included breakfast or dinner, 'cause it is miserable. After having two tough days, we had a one night prebooking for the same hotel but near Sam dunes. Now comes the desert camp experience which of all, was a scam. After paying 16k for a room for a night, that was decent and small, didn't have hot water and food that is unimaginably bad as we were sent to a nearby hotel to have the dinner(even though we had a included breakfast), Yes they didnt have their own space for bouque. The Sand Dunes experience was worth it. Here we didn't pay the hotel manager 3500rs per person which was insane, having scammmed enough it was worth to go to sand dunes and bargain up rides there. After bargaining it ourselves It costed us around 3200rs for 5 persons which saved us 10 grand. After paying 30 grand, I find this place super expensive and not worth it. The best way to get a room in Jaisalmer is to physically check the rooms,'cause there are plenty, the photos of the rooms are just misleading as well as the car parking space as they do not show it, the second thing is to not go for included lunch or dinner and for Sand dunes do not pay to the Hotel for setting up your experience.

A really amazing and comfortable stay at the hotel ozaki heritage. All the five stars go to the staff and the quick service provided by them. They got me the food and water as quickly as possible. They have even helped me by arranging transportation and a tour to all the tourist places in and around Jaisalmer. A big shoutout to the cab driver who was also my tour guide, who was a wonderful and kind person. Now coming to the rooms, they were big, comfy and spacious at this low budget. The one thing which stole the show at this stay is the view of the fort from the roof top.

The hotel is situated near to railway station,the stay was good rooms were clean wifi was ok,they had their own desert camp which was nice. Negatives We paid 2500 per head for the desert safari ride which included pvt vehicle exclusively for us and they told us they will take us to 3 deserts 25kms ride, we hardly drove for 6kms and they even added another group into our jeep, this was a total scam . The food served in the restaurant was just average

Food could ve been better but was not that bad, rooms were clean and service was fast. Especially would like to mention Farhan and Hussain's name for the service provided,also for travelling. Location is good and apt for travelling local purpose.

The tranquil ambiance of the hotel's spa provided a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The traditional treatments rejuvenated both body and soul.
