Hotel Oscar - Hotel in Kalka - Panchkula, India

The hotel is very untidy, I took 2 double bed rooms for one night stay for boarding train to Shimla .Their was spark in false ceiling light and staff took it so lightly, no cooperation, smelly rooms .I suggest to book at some good hotel to avoid such bad memories of your trip.

I am really amazed how goibibo register such hotels in their funnel when it's not good for family stay. Some points I want to highlight: 1) Room was badly smelling and seepage. 2) No towels or soap for the guests. 3) No security for the guests. 4) Pillow and bedsheets were badly smelling and not clean. 5)Dirty woolen blanket. 6) There is no complementary water bottles for the guests and they are giving normal waters. 7) It's a not family stay hotel as the hotel purpose is different for the youths who comes for fun. 8) I personally never recommend to any family member to stay here as vibes are not good. 9)Hotel entrance is badly damage and no is there to assist you. 10) Rooms and beds were not clean. Positive Point is that it's very close to the Kalka railway station in 500 meters. My feedback for this hotel is that it's not for family stay until unless they upgrade their services for the guests. I never want to be in this hotel again bhale hi kitna sasta ho because from safety perspective also it's not good. WORST EXPERIENCE I ever got in my life.

Good as a marriage hall. Near to Railway Station but not clean and good roads. Room are very small.

Rooms are ok type but food is delicious. staff is helpful and kind, as we stayed there for one night and moved ahead for our further journey. so we would suggest you if you want to stay for one or two nights then this hotel is good and in budget. food was the best thing which we liked in this hotel

Good hotel. 5 mins away from kalka railway station. Room was good and small. Room service was good. Done

Dirty and they lied to me about hot water in the shower. Cockroaches in the room and the staff didn't care.

Best part about the hotel is it's just 500 meters away from Kalka railway station. Staff was kind enough to take our bags and arrange room. We reached late due to late train arrival at around 10 pm. Staff arranged food from the menu also. Overall budget stay for short halt.

We reached hotel on 10 April, 2022 at 10pm and left at 6.15am on 11 April 2022. We stayed almost 8 hours at night. Room was good, toilet was clean. Hotel staff was good and cooperative. Location of hotel is parallel to railline and approximately 200 Meters from the Kalka rail station. M. Patnaik
