Think 100 times before booking this hotel. I had called them in advance to book the hotel They clearly said 24/7 hot water and AC room When we checked-in the hotel AC is not working No 24/7 hot water Rooms are bad and toilet commodes are not clean TV not working They just gave room like that For everything I had to call the reception and they took time to fix I checked in at 9pm and till 12am they didn't fix anything and at last I had to checkout and go to another hotel In this they said all the rooms are booked and almost 80% of the hotel was empty and they tried to shift me to a different room and all the room AC is not working and this was acknowledged by the room service boy. For hot water the receptionist said they will send water in a bucket and hot water will not come in the room. Worst hotel and totally spoiled the vacation and shabby rooms.
Probably it won't be clean at most of the times i visit, there is a Good service, haven't tasted any food but, i heard people saying it got one the tastiest food in tirupati, apart from that, coffee & tea are too good, definitely recommended by me..
My friend suggested to visit this hotel. We ordered horlicks and butter milk here they serve horlicks with more sugar and they made butter milk very thick like they pour sugar directly curd and given to us. My friend told they makes the food and drinks very tasty but this time it's bad.

Rooms are very small. We didn't get hot water in room morning but the hotel arranged it later. Place is not very clean. Average room but costly. We booked via goibibo. Place is very near to the alipuri checkpoint.
Our group of 25 plus members had visited this restaurant for a dinner. It was really the worst ever experience for all of us. The food quality was average. Waiters service was really pathetic. When asked for a help to a waiter who was standing with his hands folded, he simply refused to help saying, "that is not my table". The pricing was higher and billing was excess by Rs460! Later the manger lady reduced the excess bill amount after about half an hour of brainstorming! We will never visit this hell-like restaurant in future and my advise is the same to the others.
We visited the restaurant for the 4th time. Food is good. However service was very grumpy. Avoid the toilets. Disappointing to report that for such a premium restaurant, the washrooms are pathetic. The ladies rooms do not even have seats. AVOID.
