Extremely bad behaviour of the staff. Our train was at 11:50pm but we have to leave the hotel at 10 pm and sit on the street as the staffs are unwilling to open the door for us after 10 pm .

Staff behaviour is good. Hygiene is also maintained. Rules and regulations are also well maintained. Geyser is not available in the room but if you ask for warm water you will get it instantly so basically budget friendly.
