My stay at Hotel Oriental Aster was truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of luxury. The rooms were elegantly designed, providing both comfort and style. The staff's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the immaculate cleanliness to the personalized service. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. Whether it was the delicious dining options or the relaxing spa facilities, every moment at Hotel Oriental Aster was a delight. I can't wait to return and experience this wonderful hospitality again.

Rating 1 star only because I cannot rate zero . We recently stayed at this hotel for few hours even though booking was for 2 days , We had to check out asap , it was one of the most disappointing experience I've had. The room was far from the clean . Upon entering the room, I immediately notice the lack of cleanliness . The floor looked like they hadn't been cleaned , and there was dust and dirt on the curtains , furniture , washroom. To make the matter worst I found hair on the bed which was sickening . It was evident the room had not been cleaned properly . I'm disgusted to no end considering the price we paid for the stay . Hygiene is crucial. I would strongly advice the management of the hotel to improve their cleanliness standards to ensure a better stay for future guests . You all better take this feedback seriously . I hope the management understand that "CLEANLINESS SHOULD BE A TOP PRIORITY FOR ANY HOTEL. Plus please change your receptionist or make him understand that one of the key element that create a positive first impression and welcoming atmosphere is a SMILE, which unfortunately was lacking at the reception desk .

Very close to Western express Highway. Rooms are clean and decent in size. The staff is very supportive. Lunch at the restaurant was very yummy. I might visit again for food only.

1. Bathroom are 8-10 inches above the room floor, might give a jerk during coming out 2. No central AC 3. Pillows are very thick and hard 4. Stirrer are of plastic 5. Towels leave lints (rohe) on your face and body 6. Food is fine, and value for money

Most unsafe and worst hotel ever visited. I booked this hotel for my aunty and sister, their first impression of hotel was people drinking and smoking at the entrance of the hotel and giving weard looks, the hotel lobby was not clean, washrooms were unclean and water was continuously draining out of flush. The service boy was acting weirdly and was giving unsafe looks... It was a worst experience visiting this hotel, my aunty and sister immediately left the hotel when they started feeling the negativity. Not recommended for anyone. This type of hotels should get registrations on the online booking applications.

Wonderful & Pleasant Stay Friendly staff, Lovely room as per online, AC works very well The restaurant staff is very smily with guests as all the hospitality need like this Staff. Overall all the service are great, Will be visit again !

Good breakfast and closer to the airport. When we arrived at night, there was a drunken person lying on the floor in front of their restaurant. Although I have booked the room for 4 guests (incl 2 kids) there is just a king bed and 2 towels provided. Toilet is average and there are issues with flushing. Room has a kettle that is broken at the bottom, but still works.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 days . Hotel staff were quite cooperative , room services were good . This hotel has restaurant have variety of food meal as per your choice. This hotel provide pick up and drop service if u want .
