i really like this hotel. the rooms are big enough, justifying its price. they provide you with a cupboard as well and have tv, ac. they also ask you personally if you wish to have any course of meal throughout the day. the entire stay is very comfortable. its goood...

I booked this hotel from 25 August 2023 to 27 August 2023. One day before I specifically masked on phone that I will be reaching on 25th between 7 to 8 AM & what will best the charges for early check in. Receptionist said Rs 500. But next day when I reached at 0700 hrs they charged me Rs 700. Also room quality & services are horrible. Just wasted my money.

This time the experience was bad. The hotel allotted an AC- room, but they keep the control of AC outside the room and switch it off as per their wish. They have kept a dummy switch for AC at the switchboard in the room, but it doesn't work unless the staff switch the main AC-switch from outside the room. This was my second visit & I had similar such experience during my previous visit as well. This morning, around 3.45am the AC in my room was switched off. When I contacted the staff at the reception, he started it, but mostly the blower was on but cooling was off. I was given a room on 3rd floor. I could not keep the curtains open, because men in the opposite building were using the terrace of that building, opposite my room as an open washroom. To avoid embarrassment, I covered the curtains & hence, could not open windows either. Overall experience was poor.

The room was clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are small though but enough for 2 people. As the building is old, it may feel like it stinks. There is no exhaust in the bath or in the room so without the AC it may feel claustrophobic. Breakfast is good and there are multiple options. Location of the hotel is very nice, there are a lot of options nearby for different hours of meals. Transportation is good. There's a metro station right in front just 400m away. Easy excess. Excellent room service. Comfortable stay. Polite people.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. It may be a bit old but maintained. Room size is definitely bigger than other hotels. Staff are very good and helpful. Food available is good. Overall value for money. location

Me and my partner checked in hotel without pre-booking. But, receptionist helped us for hassle free booking and was very supportive. On next day as we booked our hotel again receptionist helped us alot updation of our booking. All the amenities were good. Room service was good. Rooms were clean and were cleaned on daily basis. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Outdated with no maintenance only location is good otherwise property feel likes cheap lodge hotel Door knobs are broken and room are smelly and bedsheets are dirty not worth the money they are charging
