One of the worst hotels I will ever say! The cab driver misguided me to this place, although I showed him a different location. since it was my first time in this city I followed him. At the reception, the manager showed the room rent for single Ac room as Rs1450 and after GST it's Rs2000/. I was made to pay before checking the room conditions. I made a payment of Rs2000 via UPI and the manager said the transaction was unsuccessful. But the amount was deducted from my account and I also showed him the transaction but he refused saying it's not updated in his account. Anyways I went in, saw the horrible condition of the rooms and toilet and immediately left the place. I requested several times to refund but they refused. These place is a scam. Please stay away from this place.
Had a very worst experience ever. The staff behaves completely rude and at the time of checking out they charge extra money for silly reasons. One guy with mustache on the reception is very rude. He don't know how to respect the customer and behaves very rude.
Not worth the money!! The room had no ventilator, no hot water, bad bathroom and toilet condition and moreover there is no breakfast facility.
Rooms are not neat , Staff attitude and service was bad. HOT water is served in bucket by room service. they were trying their best to melt money from customers. WILL NOT RECOMMEND FOR OTHERS

Got abused badly by housekeeping for using the same toilet 10 seconds after checking out. When complained to the manager didn't even bother to listen and react. Zero service. Bad hotel. Stay away.
