I stayed here for a night. The hotel is situated in a prime location on Ramghat Road. The overall atmosphere of the hotel gives off a small-town charm. Parking availability is quite limited, and the staff could benefit from some hospitality training (smiling occasionally, being more polite, etc.). The check-in process went smoothly, and the receptionists promptly fulfilled our requests for an extra cot, dental kit, iron, and other amenities. Although we didn't utilize room service, the restaurant on the ground floor was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were clean, aside from a broken toilet seat switch. All in all, it was a satisfactory stay at an affordable price.

Mr Dharmender don't know how to deal with customers, he must improve his behavior against the customers. Also for everything we have to tell him that we need spoons we need napkins, this behavior is very bad. Didn't like the service also will share this review with others so that they think twice before coming to orchid blue
