The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.The Director herself took very good care of my parents as well as the staff. The sevice was exceptional as well. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Please stay away from this hotel due to the worst behaviour of staffs. The staffs including a girl who is showing herself as director are so ill mannered. They don't know any courtesy they even don't know how to behave. Staffs are not at all trained. Avoid the staffs. Horrible experience. The staffs argued with us poor & illiterate staffs. The staff including that lady reacted in such a bad way to a 1.5 year old, That showed how they behave with the guest, If someone has no sense on how to talk then what can we do. Just illiterate staff & manager. They wanted to save their decoration of Independence day for a lifetime so they must protect it by adding security guards for that 2k rupees cheap decoration. This review should come in YouTube too, And let everybody know how the hotel staff & owner misbehave & Argue . Arrogance at par. P.S. No independence Day Decoration was harmed, And as my son just touched the border 15rupees garland I paid 50 rupees and left that 3rd class hotel. It's not at all a family friendly hotel.

Very good ambience and amenities present in all rooms. Suites room - Maharaja and Maharani is very nice. Well maintained and behaviour of all staff is very nice .

We had only lunch at the restaurant of the hotel and the ambience is superb.well decorated with idols of Ganesha and orchid flowers which was really soothing and perfect for aesthetics.the best restaurant attended in Jharsuguda so far with a elaborate menu with continental dishes too.the food quality and taste was very good and the price is also ok.situated on the highway towards Sambalpur

Worst experience ever... At first they treat kids in a very rough manner, also the staffs are very non cooperative.. they accuse falsely and misbehaved with us in an awful manner... they misbehaved with one 1.5 year old kid who just tried to touch a decoration made and shouted on him, when we objected they argued with us in an offensive and inappropriate manner specially the director of the hotel.. when they talk about hospitality and call the guests esteem they must first know how to behave with a baby.. If you are having a baby, please stay away from this place as they give more importance to their decorations than their guests...

They treat very badly to the people who try to face their interview, They will try to tell them they shouldn't sit on the garden corner boundaries. I suggest not to went to such peculiar hotel
