Location is good but rooms cleanliness needs to be improved a lot. Room service should be improved and should increase the quality of toiletries

Good stay, no problem from reception, polite and humble people. pro: prime location, restaurant,bakeries, bus stop walkable from hotel. con : no lock to the balcony, only one fan, the power sockets are not working on the side of the bed. couldn't find water on the floor level even to fill the water bottle.

I booked one double bed AC room 1800.00 but after reaching late night they said room not available and refuse .we suffer lot today night for this.
