Hotel Orange - Hotel in Baddi, Barotiwala - Solan, India

Whenever we go out for a party there are 3 main concerns of a person, the first one is location then the hospitality and one of the most important is food and all of these are amazing. order what you like to eat without a second thought. New management is managing this property very well in all aspects.

There is no complimentary tiffin and worst ever experience in my life hot water not available and the room service is not proper there is no regular cleaning has been done. The hotel representatives are cutting the current in between the days purposely on one day the current was cut for 3 hours Forcing the customers to pay the full rent before the checkout. All the customers are not treated properly. The room mats wasn't provided till three days. There is no smart TV in all the rooms except a few Remote was not working The food quality was poor. On the whole a really bad experience.

Stayed there for the past 10 days. *Poor service. *Accessed room without our permission and took our belongings saying its not allowed to use it there. *Food is costly and is almost 3km away from a better restaurant. *Stopped the power supply for 3 hours while we were in the room saying they accepted the booking since we were expected to leave the room during the day (stay frm 8pm in the night to 8am in the morning) *Cut off the lift during the day of checkout. We had to use stairs to get down 3 floors and carry our luggage too. *Service guys entered the room and turned off the A/C saying we are not allowed to use it during day. *Extremely slow internet speed(WiFi). *Food quality was not upto the mark either.

Sorry I couldn't give 0 stars. The hotel looks creepy inside. No mats no problem make the towel as mat. The food is overpriced. 80rs.sprite costs 150rs. here that includes hotel charges. They would take your belongings without consent. During checkout there won't be current and lift doesn't work. Tea costs about 48 rs. Down stairs while in room they price it for 35 rs (scammers). Hot water is a dream here. Room service is imaginary. 'Hindi theriyadu poda' doesn't work here. The remotes of TV and AC doesn't work. Walk kms. on road for affordable food. The lift is so slow that you can have a small sleep. Overall if you want to make your life hell this place is perfect for you.

Hospitality and food services and quality is very poor. No response from the management for whatever queries raised. Last minute price rising while checking out. Rooms and bathrooms are not proper, and stagnation of water in the bathroom has poor drains. Charging for facilities but not worth it .

No floor mats were provided No proper response from the reception Room service and cleaning were only done once every 4 days Bathrooms were clogging up frequently Room rents were hiked after checking in Facilities were not as advertised Wifi was very poor and slow Not allowing takeaway from outside Poorly maintained rooms No complementary food In house restaurent is bad and expensive

Fantastic Hotel nice infrastructure and good staff over all I love this stay and The new owners behaviour was very calm and respective Thank you for making making my day

Thair facilities are really amazing,,I loved it ,food quality is hygienic and safe and plus point is their staff and management ,I hope to go there next time also
