Pretty good if we look at prices! Everyone needs economical sort of stuff and I think you can surely go for this hotel. Their services are cool and staff looks towards all needs of customers. Spacious lobby and also they have a big garden area of other entertainment activities too.

Excellent Property. My Visit To Chandigarh Got Such A Wonderful And Confortable I Can Not Express Only Because Of The Hotel People. Whole Staff Was Very Good. Food Was Really Like Home. Thanks To The Owner Who Helped Us So Much Mr. Pranav. And Yes Allowing Us To Prepare Our Traditional Food In Their Kitchen. Highly Obliged. Will Recomend All The Visitors Who Travel To Chandigarh Must Stay Here To Feel Like Home.

the hotel is located at zirakpur about 12 kms away from Chandigarh airport.one can easily get autorickshaw,taxi from airport till hotel,situated roadside so easy to access.also if one wants to go anywhere in Chandigarh there will be no problem of conveyance from here. regarding hotel room i didn't had a very gud experience.i had booked hotel online that had great reviews but in actual the room didn't had so much except for gud working tv and fair room service. the toilet in the room was so nasty and dirty,though they had given basic amenities for bathroom yet if there is no hygiene then there is no use of it. the room was cleaned up on my arrival and bathroom was smelling of urine from previous customer who stayed here,there was no arrangement of bathroom freshener too.though deluxe facilities were just like a ordinary dharmshala.the room didn't had a single window. although they have gud room service yet negative nullify the positive. there was so much chaos,noice in the night that i could hardly sleep well in night. despite for paying rs 1299 for single night plus dinner charges extra i had to check out empty stomach from the hotel because they cannot provide breakfast before 8 a.m. overall i had below average experience here in terms of hotel facilities.there were other customers here who might have gud experience and i don't criticise their review,this is my personal experience and i hope the hotel authorities will use it to improve more in future.

The hotel did not receive my reservation and when I arrived at the hotel at 8:15 PM, they started getting the room ready. The duvet was not clean which they changed when i requested - the changed one was just marginally better. The washroom floor was dirty as was the WC. They called me to ask if there is any need for further cleaning - I did not take them up on this because they offered to get the floor mopped which would not have solved any problem and I was too tired to sit and monitor them get this job done for another 30 mins. What i absolutely hated is the fact that I booked the hotel at 7 Pm, checked in around 8:15 and... There are better options in the same area.

Very good stay. Neat and clean hotel. Staff is very good. Location is awsome as on main Patiala highway easy to access. I think this is the best hotel in zirakpur Chandigarh to stay as i am regular traveller from delhi to chandigarh and zirakpur. Staff is very helpful. Best Cheapest Hotel I Think With The Lift Escalator Facility.

It was really great stay at Onyx. staff was very friendly. we ordered for dinner there which was really good homely food with very quick services (we were on same floor next to pantry). as we were two families so they took care to have room on same floor. Recommended for those who are looking for budgetary hotel.

Hi Team, This was my worst hotel experience till date. I am really upset by your showcase of hotels as the reality is otherwise. I had booked Onyx Hotel Chandigarh going for the info at your app. The things were completely opposite to the expectations. I went there, they had no idea about any online booking with my name. I had to convince them I had booked and already paid. They were not able to understand the e-ticket. They said that they had only one room at the moment. The first one near the reception, outside which all the staffs were sitting and talking loudly. Room service guy stares into the room weirdly whenever asked for something. In the night time people were shouting outside the room at the reception for god knows why. I had two days booked but I was so much pissed by the service and quality of the room that I booked another hotel for next day, you can see in my booking history. I am attaching some photos for your reference. I want my money refunded as this is unfair. Due to this bad experience I had to spend money for the same day in which I already had the room booked. Onyx hotel was booked for 10th and 12th August 2018. I had to stay on 10th as I had no other option and I was really tired due to travel, but could not tolerate the next day hence left the same and booked Mandarin Square Hotel. Thanks, Neeraj Yadav

The staying in the Onyx hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much as this is very close to various cinema halls, supermarket, and airport. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much. Rooms were well maintained.. Loved it... Will be back...
