Hotel ONO LUNGLEI - Hotel in Lunglei - Lunglei, India

The front person/reception person's behaviour is very bad. Rooms are smiling. There is no exhaust fan and window in toilet/wash room. We take 3 rooms but all rooms conditions were same. At check out I saw 2 gentleman who were staying the same hotel in family room. The front person blaming that the gentleman, one no bath towel stolen from the family room and charge them the towel's price Rs 300.00. In my travel experience, I have never seen this types of behaviour from any hotel staff.

Very rude Reception guy. Threaten me to slap and call the police as some people from another room taken the towel. They never check while they were checking out. I have to pay 300/- for the towel which I have never took. Horrible room, horrible food , horrible service. Do not come to this hotel. You cannot press the lift button.

Not all rooms have geysers. Hot water will be provided but with extra charge. Room service charge is Rs. 50 per order. Location is prime.Lift is available

Most affordable hotel in town, premises is clean and tidy,staff are friendly and helpful. Can see Lunglei town very clearly. I wish that room should be cleaned once in a day from the next stay. I can't wait to stay again.

A good place to stay in the heart of Lunglei town. Rooms are clean and fresh. Staffs are polite and helpful. Food is OK. You get free hot water in rooms above Rs. 1000 per night... But no hot water for rooms rated Rs. 1000 and below . However you can get an extra blanket at request. No health faucet in toilet

In a small town like lunglei this is the best option for you to stay..very good reception..rooms are clean and hygienic..it is located at the centre of the town on the main road..you might find a little uncomfortable at one point that they only have solar water heater..so in the early morning you may not find hot water in the bathroom but they have arrangements for hot water..so you need to ask for hot water..food was good with moderate price.. overall it was a very nice experience..

Food is good. Restaurant is clean. Easily accessible. No parking. No reservations needed. Service is fast. Might be great if they had a glass door for entrance, cos' it was a lil bit way too open. Other than that, its' quite okay.

Good infrastructure. Food is okhayish, but on the expensive side compared to other hotels in the vicinity. Like half bucket of hot water cost Rs50 lol which i think should be free considering the cost of a night stay. It's quite reserved and isn't very much open. They need to improve upon how they deal with their client.
