Good hotel, but staff people don't speak other than Malayalam language so lil difficult to communicate other than that everything is good.
One of the best hotel rooms i have seen. Affordable and moderate price. Nice and clean. Good staff behavioral and service. Hotel at prime area in kunamkulam.Very well maintenance . Nice and good. No food facility here, we have to approach outside.Nearby, it having good bakery and fast food shops in the same building. Overall 4 out of 5 .

I was mentioning my experience while I am staying at the lodge for a conference, we booked three rooms. . Behaviour of the staffs was too bad . Rooms are not well maintained and clearing was not done properly and room was having a foul smell. . Extra bed provide for the room not given the bedsheet for us. . For this rent the room was not worthy. . No parking space. . Money is more important for them not the costomer satification. My suggestion is to get another lodge. Please don't try this one it was horrible.

Had a very pleasant and affordable stay at Victory Park In Residency . We stayed for 1 week in connection with Official tour. Its a new and well maintained one.The ambience , location and friendly nature of management team are the best to look out .
Nice place to stay at budget. The room I opted was standard room without AC. The only difficulty I had is non availability of hot water. I didn't have to park my car. I doubt if they have ample space for parking
Just would like to share an experience of mine with this hotel. This evening I came for the hotel Liwa Tower and they were fully booked but the gentleman's at desk saw me and they recognized me from my last check out. I was too tired and exhausted
