HOTEL ONCE - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

The staff at the reception denied to have received any booking on my name. Later,Post check-in experience was even worse. The only deluxe AC room available for us was very small for 3 persons, was stinking badly and had water seepage from the wall. No other AC room was available. So we were left with no choice than to sleep in a non-AC room. The room was small, dirty, no proper mattress, just a big piece of foam on the bed. Pieces of hair were found on the bed and pillows. Bedsheet was torn. Overall, a third grade room at this price.Everything was bad.

All the reviews seem to be paid reviews or the likes. The images are misleading for the hotel. I am attaching the image of it's current condition. There are no showers in any of the rooms and the conditions of the rooms is even worse. However the receptionist was decent enough to listen to my request for cancellation of the rooms.

A very comfortable stay for a family vacation! view from the room was soo good! The property is very properly maintained and all' the gust recommend that the staffs be more pleasant and welcoming! The rooms were beautiful, Rest, had a lovely time at the hotel

We have faced the worst experience. First, the phone number was incorrect that was provided. We were not able to find its location. When we contacted on the given number, someone picked up the phone and was surprised about our query and later that guy gave us another phone number. When we reached the hotel, the staff has no idea about us for 10 minutes. Later, they got confirmation about us . we were having an appointment with doctor and we were requesting them to hasten up. They have later given a room where there is someone else belonging and the staff member asked who took us there asked, " is it belonging to you". When we complained to give some other room, the staff said there is no other room. When we were getting ready for appointment, the staff at the cOunter knocked and said it is reserved for other person and the belongings is of that person. It is a unsafe place. Same guy said you want room for how many hours. What is the meaning of this statement. Later we complained to manager and suddenly , the staff found an extra room for us. We have lost our patience and checked out from the hotel.

Owner was rude. I booked ac stay showed room with only bed can't 0 space around bed stuck with the wall and without AC and the owner had the audacity to say who gives AC room at 500 INR. I had nowhere to go at the midnight but two people can't fit into that room like the worst stay I've seen. Shame on staff shame on Oyo for listing property like this.

A finest hotel in Ahmedabad. Great hospitality and courteous staff. The rooms are really comfortable and specious. Perfect for business visit stay.

Pathetic Property and very disappointing service. I have recorded a video of what I am mentioning here. All photos and facilities mentioned over here are fake. There is Wifi but I wasn't able to connect. There was no TV which was supposed to be there. Bathroom was smaller than a train's toilet. Washbasin tap was stuck and wasn't working. Door knob was broken.Toilet seat was missing and the manager told me to use another room's toilet in the morning... Really? What the hell was that. No professionalism at all. There was dust all around. Dirty pillow covers and bedsheet. There were ants near and on the bed. AC was on but it wasn't cooling at all also they didn't provide me AC remote. No property shouldn't run this business in this way. 1 star rating is yet too high for this property.

The room were not as expected. They were having rooms available but they have given me the small room with broken toilet after asking several times they have denied they dont have the rooms available.
